You know how I love to take care of my health with nourishing foods and supplements, as well as my pilates ✨⤵️
Here's something I've upgraded recently...
I’ve been adding UltraFlora Fibre by Metagenics to my routine. It uses a gentle prebiotic fibre (PHGG) that feeds beneficial gut bacteria without the gas and bloating many fibres can cause.
Think of it like fertiliser for your gut garden 🌱
It honestly tastes refreshing too ✨

How to be Selfish ~ Without Guilt

The jaw, diaphragm and pelvic floor work as a pressure system. When the jaw is clenching, the nervous system increases tension and the pelvic floor often grips too.
If the pelvic floor never fully relaxes, it cannot generate effective strength.
Before adding more kegels, start with release.
Unclench the jaw.
Soften the tongue.
Slow the breath, let the belly expand and feel the pelvic bowl gently widen. 🫁
Then build strength on top of a system that can move well.
Save this if you notice jaw tension during the day. ✨
