For years, I’ve worked with women being told the same thing:

“Just manage it.”
“Rest more.”
“This is just how it is.”

And it’s not enough.

Endometriosis isn’t just about the lesions.
It’s about how your whole system is responding:

→ your pelvic floor
→ your nervous system
→ your movement patterns

When those are addressed properly, symptoms can improve. Not overnight~ but consistently 💕
