But that’s not the case at all.

You do not need to run marathons or go to the gym to benefit from physio.

Big shoutout to Sarah and Oli for their marathon achievements this month 🏃👏

Sarah completed the Manchester Marathon in an incredible time of 3:39:37 in her very first marathon 🤯

Oli also smashed a new personal best at the Leeds Marathon with a time of 3:35:00 🔥

A huge achievement from both of them and a great reflection of the dedication they bring both inside and outside the clinic.

Meet Amy, one of our sports therapists at PRO SPORT 👋

After growing up doing gymnastics and spending years around physios herself, Amy knew she wanted to help people move better and feel confident in their bodies again.

One thing she wants more people to know?

You do not need to be a professional athlete to come to physio.

For some people, the goal is a marathon.

For others, it’s being able to pick up the grandkids pain-free.

And both matter equally.

For Amy, the best part of the job is seeing people make progress week after week and getting back to things they thought they could no longer do.
