It is with a heavy heart that I write to inform you that after 22 wonderful years of serving you, I have made the decision to retire, and as a result, Concepts Beauty & Aesthetics closed on the 9th November 2024. Both myself and the Concepts team cannot express enough how much your loyalty and support has meant to us over the years.
Whether you’ve been with us from the very beginning or recently joined our salon family, your trust in us has been the cornerstone of our success. We have cherished every moment of helping you look and feel your best, and we are truly grateful for the relationships we’ve built, sharing the fun and laughter with you along the way.
As we close this chapter, we carry with us fond memories of our time together and the joy we’ve shared in making you feel the best version of you.
Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your life. We will miss you dearly, and we wish you nothing but the best in the future.
