Our Mum and Baby foccused class is every Wednesday at 12pm with our trainer Sophie.
These classes focus on building back up the strength in your glutes, building back good posture and rebuilding your core.
We focus on half an hour of exercise on the Reformer beds and leave time for a chat and a drink ☕️
