Our homecare team took part in the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training (Tier 2) earlier this week, alongside other local care providers we invited to join us. The training was developed in response to Oliver’s story, highlighting how important it is for health and care staff to understand the needs of autistic people and people with a learning disability. His legacy continues to guide us in delivering care that is safe, respectful and truly person‑centred.
