✨ Chitchat Club – October Highlights ✨

Last week’s Chitchat Club was truly one to remember. From the moment guests arrived, the room was filled with warmth, laughter and the sound of easy conversation. We began the afternoon with a very special celebration — marking the 90th birthday of Arnold, one of our much-loved regulars and a cherished client.

Balloons, cake, and a big singalong made the moment extra special, and Arnold’s daughter joined us as a lovely surprise. To make the day even more meaningful, some of our team members popped in especially to wish him a happy birthday, adding to the warm, community spirit in the room.

The fun continued with a lively “Would You Rather?” icebreaker that got everyone talking and smiling. We rolled seamlessly into Bingo, “Who Am I?” with famous faces, and a cheerful Autumn quiz that sparked plenty of nostalgia, laughter and friendly competition.

It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces — and extra lovely to welcome a few new people to the group for the first time. After a relaxed tea break, the afternoon flowed into free time with games, colouring and easy conversation, bringing a gentle close to a heartwarming session.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so special. And of course, the happiest of birthdays again to Arnold — it was a joy to celebrate such a special milestone with you, your daughter and our team. 🎂

We’re already looking forward to the next Chitchat Club on Thursday 13th November. If you’d like to join us, we’d love to welcome you. 💛
