Highly specialised Clinical Pilates studio, Physiotherapy clinic and wellness centre in the heart of Yorkshire.

Pilates is a safe, effective, low impact form of exercise for anyone looking to improve strength, movement control, flexibility, reduce injury risk, and promote health and well being. Lauren is a fully chartered physiotherapist and certified Pilates teacher with over 11 years experience in the health and wellness industry. With mat-work and small equipment classes suited to all levels of ability whether you’re rehabilitating an injury, pre/post-natal, an athlete looking to enhance performance, or upping the intensity in one of our Healthy HIIT programmes! All classes are delivered by physiotherapists with expert clinical knowledge to allow for safe and effecting progressions throughout! Classes available online, on-demand and returning to the studio in June 2021!

At restörr I are so proud of the team of strong women who make up our wonderful clinical and studio teaching staff. A physio-led business with exceptional teachers and amazing clinicians who strive for excellence and high standards in all that we do.

Continuous Professional Development is part and parcel of any profession and allows us to stay up to date with the latest developments, evidence and news in our industry. It’s also a fun way to spend an afternoon talking all things Pilates and pulses with the best ladies.

I (Lauren), have been in the industry now for 16 years-I love nothing more than learning new skills, developing and sharing my knowledge with others.

Expect fluidity, spicy new flows and endless amounts of control, always!!

Say hello to our newest restörr team members &

I am beyond proud that they’ve both made the leap from students (for the past 13 years) to starting their Pilates journey together.

Here at restörr we select only the BEST teachers to guide, empower and teach you.

Kath and Zoe have embarked on a new journey through years of practice with founder .

Lead by physiotherapists, both ladies are being taught by some of the best in the business with the . An extensive and comprehensive matwork course that involves hours and hours of self study, practice teaching, months of training and assessments with the goal of becoming fully certified APPI matwork teachers!!

This pair will be pulling up their Pilates socks on Monday night as they tag-team teach our Dynamic Pilates flow class down at Neiley Pavilion, Honley.

Today is our gorgeous girl, Liv’s last day in clinic for a little while as she joins Lauren on maternity leave and prepares to welcome her little bundle👶🏼🍼

Yay for another addition to the restörr team🤸🏼‍♂️

We wish lots of love and luck for what’s to come. You’ve absolutely got this girl and you will make a wonderful mummy!

Rebecca will continue to increase her clinical hours over the next month and will be soon offering more appointments to accommodate our busy clinic.
Meanwhile Steph, is bossing the studio🧘🏼‍♀️.

A little hello from me (me being Lauren) from the newborn baby bubble that is constant snuggles, lack of sleep, never ending feeds and baby nappies….but so much love!!💕

I just wanted to pop on and introduce the newest little member to the restörr team/family.

🐥Proudly introducing Scarlett Felicity Rose to our family.
👩🏼‍🍼Born 20th May.
💕We’ve had 2 weeks of absolute joy with our little munchkin and so grateful to all the NHS Staff at Barnsley Hospital for all their support during the few days we spent there. Midwives are bloody brilliant hey!?
✨She’s pure magic!

I can proudly say she is definitely going to take after her mummy…she doesn’t half love a good stretch 🧘🏼‍♀️

Here she is!!!

Studio queen, Steph🧘🏼‍♀️

Steph is stepping into her big grippy socks this week as she takes over the studio!

You’ll be seeing a lot more of this wonderful human as she takes the lead running our studio class timetable and will be building her 1:1 client profile.

Steph is a fully certified Mat Pilates teacher and is an all round fabulous person.
She has also completed CPD training in Pilates for the menopause and has just started her reformer certification. What can not do??
