No matter how your baby entered the world, whether through a vaginal or a C-section delivery your body has done something truly incredible. ✨

Over those nine months, it changed, stretched, shifted, and adapted in amazing ways to support and grow new life. And one area that often gets overlooked in this transformation? Your pelvic floor.

Even if you didn’t have a vaginal delivery, your pelvic floor still went through a lot. 🤰

Pregnancy alone, with the increasing weight of your baby, shifting posture, loosening joints, and the powerful effects of hormones, places a significant amount of pressure on these muscles.
