📣 On Call service and training support are at their highest satisfaction levels yet
📈 Satisfaction with app training rose by 17.8%
✅ AI App frustrations significantly reduced – from 10.9% to 1.4%

💸 96.7% say their pay is accurate and on time – up 21.7%
🕒 91.5% prefer flexible working hours – up 24.2%
✔️ 93.1% are satisfied with the hours they work

These wins are a direct result of better processes, clearer communication, and our commitment to doing right by our team.

When our carers speak, we listen – and act.

Our latest survey shows communication and support from our office team and On Call service have significantly improved:

📞 91.1% of carers say they get the help they need when calling On Call – up 6.4%
📈 ‘Very Agreeable’ responses for office responsiveness more than doubled – from 25% to 55.5%
💬 88.8% of carers say our office team are approachable, professional, and respectful – up 11.9%

It’s proof that positive communication drives better outcomes – for both our staff and the people they care for.

We’ve completed our latest Carer Satisfaction Survey, and the feedback from our amazing team has given us a lot to celebrate – and build on.

Starting this week, we’ll be sharing key findings each week to show where we’re growing and how we’re supporting our carers to thrive 💙

First up – Training & Support 👇

📊 95.7% of carers now feel adequately trained to do their job – up 9.7%
🤝 89.8% say they feel supported in their role – up 5.3%
📲 70% feel confident using the AI App – up 17.8%

We’ve made real changes – from strengthening training structures to improving support – and our carers are feeling the difference.

This is just the beginning of our journey to make Sure Healthcare the best place to work in care 💪
