Bees aren’t just “insects” — they’re planet-saving MVPs.

They help pollinate ž of the food we eat.
No bees? No apples, no tomatoes, no coffee (yes, COFFEE).
They also support wild plants that feed birds and animals.

But guess what?
Bees are disappearing.

It’s not just sad.
It’s scary.

So here’s a thought:
If you really love the planet, maybe learn to live with the buzz.
Support the pollinators.
Plant some wildflowers.
Skip the pesticides.
And let bees be 🐝

The Adam’s Way is simple:
Find a quiet spot.
Take a pen and two sheets of paper.

On the first sheet, write everything you’re proud of from the first half of the year, no matter how small.
Drank more water? Rested more? Spoke up when it mattered? It counts.

On the second sheet, write the things you wanted to do but didn’t.
Then ask yourself gently: why?

Not to blame. But to understand.
So you can step into the second half a little lighter, a little clearer and maybe even a little kinder to yourself.

Sewage in our rivers? 2024 made it normal.
And no one’s even talking about it.

England’s waterways are now twice as polluted as they were meant to be.

In 2023 alone, over 2,400 serious sewage pollution events were recorded. That’s a 31% increase from expected trends.

Raw sewage has been dumped into rivers, beaches, and even nature reserves for millions of hours. In 2021, only 4 beaches were flagged unsafe due to pollution. In 2024? That number hit 37.

And it’s not just gross, it’s dangerous.
Contaminated water affects mental health, disrupts ecosystems, and threatens your right to feel safe in nature.

The same nature we turn to for healing and stillness is being poisoned in silence.

The ocean covers over 70% of Earth, yet, only ~2.7–3% of oceans are effectively protected, far below the target of 30% by 2030.

The ocean gives us so much including the air we breathe and calm we feel by its shore. But caring for the ocean isn’t just the job of global leaders or the UN. It starts with us.

We don’t have to wait for a global summit to take action.
We can start by:
✨ Reducing single-use plastics
✨ Supporting sustainable seafood choices
✨ Joining (or organizing) local cleanup efforts
✨ Being more mindful of how our actions affect marine life

This year’s theme is a powerful reminder:
To care for what cares for us.
To sustain what sustains us.

Let’s do our part, not just today, but every day.
Because protecting the ocean is protecting our future. 🌍💙
