What is it? Well, it's a new form of reflexology.

Duo - Two; Pody - Feet.
Duopody, therefore, means working on two feet at the same time. 👣

The principle discusses how the body is reflected anatomically in the feet, and by stimulating reflexes of all body systems one by one through the treatment, it allows us to work with the whole person.

Reflexology; an underrated holistic therapy 👣

The theory behind reflexology is that the feet are mapped anatomically to the human body.

For example in reflexology, the spine is mapped down the medial edge of both feet; and a prime area reflexologists work on durong a treatment.

The spine in the human body has -

7 vertebrae; the cervical spine;
- those in the neck
12 vertebrae; the thoracic spine:
- those in the chest
5 vertabrae; the lumbar spine:
- those in the lower back
5 in the sacral spine
3 to 5 in the coccyx

Therefore, when a reflexologist works on the spinal area of the foot; we are working wonders on those vertebrae; easing those aches and pains in the back.👣

This area is also where the bodies main nerves of the skeletal system sit.

If you are suffering with aches and pains in the back; please book in for a reflexology session.
It really will benefit you by easing and relieving the pain and over time support a better wellbeing.
