My sister Susie Bush runs this incredible program to help support those who may be struggling financially; dealing with illness; experiencing low moods, a family breakdown or bereavement; managing life as full-time carers and more, the opportunity to improve their mental and physical wellbeing by: reducing stress and anxiety; increasing positive emotions; and enhancing confidence and self-worth. The team have received such positive feedback!

Over the four years I have been teaching Pilates, I have been privileged to meet such a wide range of people 🤩

Each one at Pilates for their own reason….maybe to build strength, maybe to calm their mind or maybe just to spend an hour focusing on themselves 🥰

A dark and dreary morning 💧 A perfect time to have some reflexology 🙌

Today I am seeing a client this morning, then over to Hungerford to see the lovely Carrie Pilates with Carriewho is not only a fabulous pilates instructor but also a physio. So having some advice about my arm, exercises etc 🦴

And then a client Accomplish Fitness Studio
