Suzanne Eshelby is a senior practitioner at Natura Spa, bringing a deeply ethical, experience-led approach to aesthetics and wellness through her brand Aligned Wellness and Confidence.

With many years of industry experience, Suzanne is known for building confidence through natural, achievable results. Her work blends holistic therapies — including bespoke tinctures and lifestyle-led wellness support — with advanced aesthetic and corrective procedures, always placing client wellbeing, safety, and long-term outcomes at the heart of every treatment plan.

Suzanne works fully insured, with medical oversight and the support of a prescribing nurse, ensuring the highest clinical and professional standards. She is a specialist in cleft lip and palate corrective aesthetics, an area she is deeply passionate about, and Natura Spa is fully licensed to carry out these advanced and highly specialised procedures.

Empathy is central to Suzanne’s practice. She is acutely aware of the psychological impact aesthetics can have and has written and delivers her own specialist course on body dysmorphia, supporting professionals to practise responsibly in an industry heavily influenced by social media, filters, and unrealistic beauty ideals. This awareness informs every consultation she undertakes, ensuring clients feel heard, respected, and never pressured.

Alongside her clinical work, Suzanne is a certified trainer for the world-renowned Liquid Lipo, as well as a mentor to other practitioners, offering mentoring days focused on ethical practice, confidence-building, and sustainable career development.
