🥞 Pancake Day is here! 🥞

There’s nothing quite like the smell of freshly made pancakes filling the kitchen. Light, golden and ready to flip, our classic pancakes are simple, reliable and perfect for stacking high with your favourite toppings - from traditional lemon & sugar to chocolate spread and berries.

Made with our Organic Plain White Flour, this is a recipe you’ll return to year after year.

Ingredients:

200g Doves Farm Organic Plain White Flour
2 eggs
500ml milk
Oil, for the pan

Method:

Put the flour into a large mixing bowl or jug.
Break the eggs into the bowl, add half the milk and beat to a smooth paste.
Stir in the remaining milk to make a smooth batter. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 12 hours.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan until nice and hot.
Stir the batter, then pour some into the pan, rolling it out to the edges.
Cook until the base is golden, then turn and cook the other side.
Transfer to a warm plate and repeat until the batter is used.
Serve straight away or reheat just before serving.
