Okay, a serious one this evening…
Recently, I have begun to feel very bogged down by social media and politics. Mostly due to the sheer amount of hatred and bigotry that seems to have become acceptable. I will never understand why some people cannot accept difference and individuality, and I have been forced to accept that I alone cannot change that.
And so - possibly selfishly - I am removing myself from the equation. I need a break to focus on me and my family, instead of the state of the wider world. One day very soon, this country may no longer be safe for my family if a certain branch of narrow minded thinking prevails, but I cannot do anything to change that alone. So I will be taking a step away from social media for a while, and you will see far fewer posts from us as a result.
Despite this, WE ARE STILL HERE!
I will be turning Facebook notifications off, but you can still reach us by messenger. I will always be here if you need me, so do not hesitate to message. I have made some amazing friends through Tarot and Tealeaves, so please don’t be strangers!
Our treatments and readings continue to be available, so please think of us for all your tarot/reiki/rune etc needs!
From the bottom of my heart, thank you all so much! And definitely do not worry about me!!! This is a proactive reaction, not a reactive one. Mental health matters so much, and I am finally putting my own needs first. It’s very exciting!!!
