I went to the MBS Festival at the NEC with Jo from Wandering Sole Therapies, and it was exactly what my energy needed.
A moment with the angel wings (couldn’t resist!) and the most beautiful sound therapy healing session by Darren at Congeries of Sound was pure bliss.

🌟 Animal Reiki for Firework Season 🌟

It’s that terrifying time of year for our pets — fireworks everywhere! 🎆
If your dog is anything like my Archie, he feels the need to protect us from all the bangs. He starts pawing at my legs… anxious and unsure what to do.

So what do I do?
I let him decide what he needs. 💫

Tonight I presented a few essential oils for him to sniff — and he chose rose. 🌹
I sprayed a little rose hydrolat into my hands, he sniffed it, then rested his head into my palms — asking for Reiki.
As the energy flowed, I watched the tension soften.

Now he’s lying down… not quite asleep, but calm, breathing slower, no longer panting.
I call that a win. ❤️
