🌟 Animal Reiki for Firework Season 🌟

It’s that terrifying time of year for our pets — fireworks everywhere! 🎆
If your dog is anything like my Archie, he feels the need to protect us from all the bangs. He starts pawing at my legs… anxious and unsure what to do.

So what do I do?
I let him decide what he needs. 💫

Tonight I presented a few essential oils for him to sniff — and he chose rose. 🌹
I sprayed a little rose hydrolat into my hands, he sniffed it, then rested his head into my palms — asking for Reiki.
As the energy flowed, I watched the tension soften.

Now he’s lying down… not quite asleep, but calm, breathing slower, no longer panting.
I call that a win. ❤️

A gentle reminder that menopause isn’t something to be silenced or brushed aside — it’s a powerful transition that deserves to be honoured, supported and spoken about with kindness.

For many, menopause can bring waves of change: physically, emotionally and energetically. Hot flushes, sleepless nights, mood shifts, and fatigue are just some of the common symptoms, but behind every one of them is a woman navigating a new chapter of her life with strength and grace.

This journey isn’t one you need to walk alone. Whether you’re in the middle of it, approaching it, or supporting someone who is, know that your experiences are valid, your voice matters, and your body deserves love and care. 💛

✨ Mala Magic in Action ✨
Today I had the absolute pleasure of teaching 7 wonderful ladies how to create their very own malas from my crystal collection. Together we made 8 beautiful malas (including mine!) — each one holding its own unique energy and story.

Along the way, internal knots were released, energy flowed freely, and we finished with a little reading of the malas to deepen the connection 💫

I got so carried away soaking up the joy of the moment that not many photos were taken — but the energy in the room was truly something special.
