For those that think you need to “formally” meditate or meditate for hours to feel any benefit, it’s not true ❌

I simply find 5 minutes a day to sit or move, be present and connect to myself. Setting unrealistic goals is only setting yourself up to fail, if you struggle to focus for long (like me), this works really well 👌🏼

💫Worked my first day at
💫Got a Mindfulness workshop booking for a menopause support group in June
💫Offered a new job (continuing to teach but for MIND too)

Alongside, kids being late a zillion times and forgetting non school uniform day 🫠🫡

A year later than planned and 3rd time lucky, however, today I finally did my skydiver in aid of and all the raised money has gone to MIND.
It was incredible and loved every second, did not remotely feel like a drop of 120mph😅🪂

Our beautiful baby massage course is designed for babies from 8 weeks up to crawling, helping to support sleep, digestion, and precious bonding time.

Led by the very talented Chloe from mindful_connections1 you’ll be guided through each step in a calm and supportive environment.
