I wanted to share some wonderful news with you and the team at Primrose Hill Care Home. Fitness Rush Community CIC – and specifically Liam Rushmer and Catherine McFadzean – have been honoured with the Outstanding Achievement Award at the National Fitness Awards 2025.

This national recognition reflects the dedication, care, and passion that Liam and Catherine bring to every session, including the programmes we proudly deliver for your residents at Primrose Hill. We are delighted that the work we do together to support older adults’ wellbeing is being recognised on such a prestigious platform.

This week our residents wanted to try a new game seen by Cath, our activity lead- Amanda & Karen started off by being the guinea pigs and showing the residents how to play! Well....it was messy but such great fun, residents thoroughly enjoyed it! Thanks to cath and sam for a fun time of cheeseball throw for the residents!!
