I started working with Steve in September after joining the gym but not really using it because I lacked confidence and didn’t know where to start. From the beginning, Steve made me feel comfortable, supported, and capable, which completely changed my mindset around training.

Since working with him, my confidence has grown massively. One of the biggest things I’m proud of is my weight lifting something and that’s entirely down to Steve’s coaching, guidance, and encouragement. He’s helped me build proper strength, improve my technique, and believe in what my body can do.

I feel brilliant both physically and mentally, and I honestly wouldn’t be where I am now without his support. I couldn’t recommend Steve highly enough.
