🎉 We're Finalists (Again!) ❤️

Fitness Rush Community CIC is proud to be returning to the Peterborough Telegraph Business Awards for the second year in a row — again shortlisted for Business in the Community!

We were honoured to take home the award last year, and we’re keeping our fingers crossed to do the same again 🤞

The competition is very strong this year, so a huge good luck to all finalists — we’ll see you at the awards soon! 🏆✨

💙 What an amazing community and staff effort!
Today’s charity event at Bayleaf Care Home was a huge success — raising money for the SCF Charity through our ambitious 200,000-metre row challenge! 🚣‍♂️

Liam rowed an incredible 60,000 metres, and the Bayleaf team and community members added another 66,000 metres! 👏

Although we didn’t quite reach the full target due to time restraints, the energy, teamwork, and generosity on display made it a truly fantastic day. 🌟

We’ll be hosting a charity rowing challenge in support of Sports Connections Foundation (SCF) — rowing a massive 200,000 meters for children around the world who need care ❤️

📍 Where: Bayleaf Care Home, Sallowbush Rd, Huntingdon PE29 7AF
🕖 When: 7 AM – 7 PM

💪 Liam has pledged to row 100,000 meters himself!
That means we need your help to cover the remaining 100,000 meters — from staff, visitors, and supporters like you!

Through our sessions, we’re not just improving mental and physical health 💪🧠 — we’re sparking something bigger. Participants start meeting up afterwards, staying active together, and supporting one another. That’s the real magic ✨ — creating sustainable change and a lasting ripple effect across communities.

❤️Today at Fitness Rush Community CIC, we continued delivering our Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualifications for individuals who are not currently in education, employment, or training📊🛠

This course — funded by The Huntingdon Freemen's Trust — provides participants with the skills and confidence to begin a career in the fitness industry, with the long-term goal of progressing to Personal Trainer qualifications.

Beyond fitness, learners are also developing valuable life skills, helping them build brighter futures both personally and professionally💪

There are still 5 spaces available for new participants from Huntingdon who meet the eligibility criteria.
