The residents had a fantastic time playing a few lively games of bingo this afternoon. Congratulations to Jean, Clive, Audrey, and Joan for winning! It was wonderful to see everyone socialising, sharing laughs, and eagerly racing to complete their lines and full-houses! 🏆🎲

What made it even more special was the way everyone looked out for one another – helping friends check their numbers and making sure no one missed a call. 💕 Moments like these remind us how much joy comes from community, connection, and a little friendly competition!

🎨✨ This afternoon was all about creativity and imagination!

Although our planned Creative Mojo session couldn’t go ahead today, that didn’t stop us from letting our artistic sides shine. With Roald Dahl Story Day just around the corner, we got busy creating a colourful collage of his famous characters – and the residents loved bringing them to life with paint. 🖌️📚

The session also sparked some lovely conversations about favourite childhood storybooks, the joy of reading to children, and even which animals might make the best book characters. 🐻🐰🦉

A truly special afternoon filled with laughter, memories, and plenty of paint! 💛

This morning we were joined by One Leisure Huntingdon who brought our residents together for a fun filled session of games and exercises, which brought lots of laughter, connection and joyful energy to the room. 🍰✨ This afternoon the residents had a wonderful time baking together!

We rolled up our sleeves to make a classic Victoria Sponge – and it was as sweet as the smiles all around the room. 🧑‍🍳💛

As we measured, mixed, and whisked, the conversation flowed with lovely memories and stories about baking over the years. It wasn’t just about the cake – it was about sharing laughter, chatter, and a sense of togetherness.

And of course… we all enjoyed a delicious slice at the end! 😋☕
