I don’t believe for one minute MBR Acres can justify doing this, especially with the weather getting warmer!

MBR have closed down the air vents with these iron bars all along the side of the unit next to the fence....RING THE RSPCA, RING THE POLICE...THEY WILL DO NOTHING BECAUSE THEY CHOOSE TO BELIEVE MBR'S LIES THAT THEY ARE A RESEARCH CENTRE..THEY ARE NOT - THEY ARE AN UNLICENSED, UNREGULATED PUPPY FACTORY.

Let’s talk numbers.

According to the latest Government figures, a total of 2.9 million experiments were completed in Great Britain during 2020.
Out of the total number of experiments conducted in the UK, only 11% were required by regulators.
A total of 4,340 experiments were conducted on dogs in 2020, including 4,270 experiments on beagles and 70 experiments on other breeds.

And they wonder why we are still here….at The Gates of HELL

The law says “The Secretary of State must support the development and validation of alternative strategies” Yet the numbers are not going down, not being replaced and certainly not refined.

We oppose all animal testing, No 3R’s. Stop using animals completely. You are failing by your own rules and laws.

It was a pleasure to talk to Kevin O’Sullivan on talkRADIO this week about Hounded Campaign’s mission to ban testing on dogs.

Kevin agrees with us in that there is never a moral justification for this, and that “the ends could never justify the means”.

We talked about how beagles are chosen for their submissive and gentle nature, how beagles at MBR Acres are bled out instead of re-homed and that the government have NO plans to launch a review into the use of animals in science any time soon.

We talk briefly about how the scientific justification for the beagles’ suffering is weak, and instead we test on dogs because we are just doing what we have always done.

This is what is happening to the poor beagles that leave MBR Acres!

The official Home Office data showing why 4270 beagles were unnecessarily killed in 2020. These numbers are directly from the .

The public do not want this. And our government should LISTEN to us.

The only people who want this to continue, are the researchers and research facilities that MAKE MONEY from this. Non of this is for safety or medical progression. It needs to stop!

An example of the lack of transparency surrounding testing on dogs… “Basic research” and “Other Procedures” could be absolutely anything.

Look at this beautiful pair of Beagles 🐾❤️ Could YOU look them in the eyes knowing you were sending them to certain excruciating pain? Could YOU restrain them whilst forcing a tube down their throats to their stomachs? Would YOU punch and throttle them because their veins are too small to drain blood? Would YOU violently throw them into the back of a cage to suffer afterwards? WHAT TYPE OF PERSON DOES THIS?

The staff at MBR Acres are guilty of animal abuse and neglect to these gentle Dogs. They shout and abuse them. Pack them into crates to be shipped all over the country and overseas.

Staff at MBR facilities in Italy and America have previously been put in prison for 12-18 months each.

The closure of this company in the UK is our aim due to the neglect and intensive farming methods deployed by the workers here. The use of Dogs, and all creatures, in animal research is DELAYING viable human based methods. The propaganda is finally being held accountable; We will get the EDM 175 and abolish this abhorrent use of animals for money making commodities.

Is 18 months incarcerated enough for the amount of unnecessary pain and death that has been caused by this heinous establishment and those who work in animal research? We think not.
