Lianne Simpson from Diamond Hampers will be giving a talk on combating food poverty, minimising food waste and working to reduce the stigma associated with asking for help.
We will be collecting donations on behalf of Diamond Hampers. You can help by donating any of the following items:
* pre-packaged food; toiletries; cleaning supplies; clothing (adults & children); toys and games.
Sorry - no fresh or home-made food donations please!

Join us for our Coffee Morning on Wednesday 15th October, 10am - 12pm
Nicola Cooper from MAGPAS Air Ambulance will give a talk on CPR (cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and the use of defibrillators - in line with this year's resolution "Bystanders can be Lifesavers" - which was passed at National AGM by a 97% majority.

There will be an opportunity for "hands-on" practice. Early CPR can double the chances of survival of a cardiac arrest.

£5 per person (£7 non-members).

Come along and discover how NOT to be a Bystander.
