I am an ITEC qualified Reflexology therapist from St.Ives, Cambs. After having a successful mobile business a few years ago, I am back and treating from the beautiful Huntingdon Therapy Rooms. Here's a brief description of Reflexology, but please feel free to call,message or whatsapp me to find out more. Reflexology is a deeply relaxing and energising Holistic therapy. It is based on the principle that the body is divided into 10 equal and vertical zones ending in the fingers and toes. The body is often in a state of imbalance, particularly after illness, injury or periods of stress, with these vital energy pathways blocked, preventing the body from functioning effectively. The aim of Reflexology is to release any blockages and restore the free flow of energy and blood circulation to the whole body. To achieve this a specific massage technique is applied to reflex areas in the feet (and sometimes the hands) which correspond to tissues, organs and systems throughout the body. Stimulating these reflexes encourages the body to heal itself, restoring and maintaining natural equilibrum, as well as promoting relaxation and a general sense of well being. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, please mention these on booking if possible. Qualifications:
ITEC Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology for Complimentary therapies (Grade: Distinction). ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology from The London School of Massage (Grade: Distinction)
Reiki level 1. PLEASE NOTE REFLEXOLOGY SHOULD NEVER BE USED AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO MEDICAL ADVICE. ALSO, SOME CONDITIONS MAY REQUIRE MEDICAL PERMISSION BEFORE TREATMENT.

Hello lovely people.

Well it seems starting up my UK Reflexology business just before two lockdowns did not quite go to plan, but I am still here in my beautiful treatment room at Huntingdon Therapy rooms.

I cant wait to see you all again from the 12th April, and am now opening up for bookings.

I will be treating on Monday mornings and Tuesday afternoon/evenings.
