Diary of a Pilates Instructor...Whoa! All 34! 🌟
What an incredible, FULL ON yesterday's Saturday session was!
A MASSIVE WELL DONE to those of you who did the Pilates Saturday Special.
It's a tremendous achievement to do all 34 exercises in one session!
It was full on and very intense and a Core Factor Pilates FIRST! All 34 exercises in chronological order 1-34 by the BOOK.
What book is that?
'Return to Life Through Contrology' by Joseph Pilates published 1945.
So, take a look at this list and check them off. ✅If you can, then you're doing Pilates properly!
Just so you know, & other Equipment Pilates is different, although similiar to Mat work Pilates...it's all from Joseph Pilates but is a different animal!
