At Ramsey Memory Support Group, we know that living with memory challenges (or caring for someone who does) can feel lonely, overwhelming, and exhausting at times.
But we also know the incredible strength, love, and resilience that exists in this community.
You are not alone.
Whether you’re the one navigating memory changes or the one walking alongside someone you love, your feelings are valid, your efforts are seen, and your presence here makes a difference.
This week, we gently encourage you to:
✅Be a little kinder to yourself on the hard days
✅Reach out and stay connected — a quick chat, a cup of tea, or a friendly smile can lift the heart
✅Celebrate the small wins and the beautiful moments that still happen every day
We’re so proud of this warm, supportive group and every person in it.
Together we create a place where people feel safe, valued, and understood.
