Just to put your mind at rest, group will be as normal this week, as safeguarding your journey is key 🌞

⚠️ DUE TO GOVERNMENT ADVICE FOR THE HEATWAVE, THE FOLLOWING RULES WILL APPLY IN GROUP...

* Stay indoors (well, fancy that!, we will be)
* Stay hydrated (Free Refreshments!)
* Keep a look out for friends' wellbeing (plenty of them here!)
* Minimise activity (Good job we have chairs then!)
* Avoid Alcohol (always Good 😉)
* Wear light clothing (Don't we always?)

Free food can be eaten without limits throughout your day, no counting, no weighing, just yummy food that fills your belly properly. Its easy to lose weight and stick to plan when your not hungry or depriving yourself.
