When Lee and I first connected back in 2022—him in the USA and me in the Highlands of Scotland—God asked me to trust him.

I had done a reading for Lee before we’d even met, and I sent it over without asking for payment first. It was a leap of faith, but I had already been shown the depth of his mind and spirit.
Since then, we’ve each been on our own paths of deep inner work (because really, does that journey ever end?). Now, the journey has brought us together—perfectly aligned and ready to co-create something new.

What we’re building is a container for those ready for real transformation. A space to go deeper, to grow, and to step into the next stage of evolution.

Lee’s post below shares more… 🙏🏻

I Built This From the Inside Out

When I first started this journey, all I ever wanted was the best for my family. I made a vow to give everything to God. At the time, my belief system looked very different. I wouldn’t say it was wrong—it was simply incomplete. Still, it was perfect for what I needed in that moment.

Even now, I don’t believe my understanding is—or should ever be—fully complete. But I’ve come to know myself well enough to stand firm in my truth and remain present with myself, no matter what. That alone has changed everything.

It’s been quite the ride to get here.

From choosing myself…
Letting go of the safety rails…
Taking a leap of faith on my dream and seeing instant success…

Only to crash just as fast.

Again and again, I had to rebuild. Each time in a new way. Each time with more wisdom, more scars, and more clarity. I lost myself more times than I can count—but I never stayed lost. Because in every iteration, I retrieved a deeper truth about who I really was.

The version of me I was, and the version of me I am now, have merged into one—co-creating the person I will become. That emergence happens only in the present. Not in theory. Not in memory. Not in the future. But right here.

To hold that level of expansion, I’ve had to build container after container for every version of me that needed to:

• Move forward
• Surrender
• Die
• Be reborn
• And expand again

Each time, the container had to be strong enough to hold more truth. More love. More clarity. More responsibility. And with each expansion came greater trials—and a deeper knowledge of how to prepare, protect, and navigate them.

Eventually, I was given the opportunity to co-create a new kind of container. One that offers others what I never had:

Not a place that prevents pain, or promises safety—because safety is subjective, and pain is often the doorway to growth.

But a space where you can be resourced instead of rescued.
Equipped instead of overwhelmed.
Aligned instead of alone.

A space that gives you the tools, mirrors, and support to navigate your transformation with more clarity and efficiency than I had.

Read this again:
This container isn’t here to protect you from the journey.
It’s here to prepare you for it—and walk beside you as you move through it.

Because what I’ve learned through my own experience is this:

There is nothing you cannot come back from
if you learn to shift within—and commit to yourself.

To stand sovereign.
Bold.
Firm.
And unapologetic in who you are.

It is your own thoughts about who you are that ultimately decide your level of joy—and your acceptance of everything else around you.

You don’t have to chase anything in this world.
You don’t have to control anyone or anything.
You can—but you don’t have to.

If you enjoy those things, so be it.
But if you don’t—there’s myriad other choices.
You just have to keep going.

💙SMILEY BLUE COMMUNITY Is That Compass

If you’re looking for a space that will challenge your thoughts unapologetically, where conversations are raw, honest, and aligned, where reflection doesn’t always come with a cushion—then Smiley Blue might be for you.

But if you’re still in a season where you need to be pampered or protected from being triggered… this probably isn’t your place.

Because here, you will be mirrored.
And if you’re not ready, you will get offended.

We don’t force anything—but we don’t water it down either.

This space was built for those ready to remember who they are by shedding everything they’re not.

Lisa Precious and I have been doing the inner work for years—well before the platform ever existed. Smiley Blue was born in 2022 as a direct reflection of that evolution. As we’ve expanded, Smiley Blue has expanded with us. This isn’t just a group. It’s a reflection of our transformation and a commitment to helping others do the same.

We’ve walked through fire—together and separately.
We’ve connected with people who mirrored our truths and challenged our illusions.
And through those relationships, we’ve become more of who we’re meant to be.

Smiley Blue was created as an ecosystem to support you in doing the same.

At the deepest level, we all crave to be seen, heard, understood, and validated.
Tony Robbins calls this significance—but that’s just one piece of the puzzle.

We’re here to support you in reclaiming all of your core human needs:

• Certainty (a sense of grounding)
• Variety (the freedom to explore and play)
• Significance (being valued and known)
• Love & Connection (genuine belonging)
• Growth (your inner evolution)
• Contribution (making a meaningful impact)

And the most reliable, sustainable source of those needs?

You.

But first, you’ve got to remember who you are.

And when you forget, we’ll be here—alongside everyone who once helped us remember—
holding space for you to return to yourself, again and again.

Let’s grow, together.

One of the clearest ways to spot true healing reveals itself in how people handle other people's pain. Those who think they've healed often still carry fear of what hurt them, showing up as desperate attempts to protect others. But those who've truly made it through the fire don't flinch when others walk toward their own flames—they know what's waiting on the other side."

There comes a time in a person’s life when just trying to survive isn’t enough. You stop fighting to prove you’re right and start looking for what’s true.

Have you ever felt like no matter what you do, it’s never enough?

There comes a point in a person’s life when trying to survive isn’t enough anymore. I stopped fighting to prove I was right and finally saw the game for what it was. Stepping off the battlefield gave me clarity, peace, and a new way to show up as a father. By Silo Rhodes

When Ali and I started our first women’s circle, only one person came. We didn’t give up, and now, just two gatherings later, we have a wonderful circle of 9 amazing women.
Our last meeting was another great night. Despite the stress of having no water at her business, Ali still opened up her space to us on her birthday no less. That’s the spirit of community we’re building.
What makes this even more meaningful is that our circles also support the Creator Share Foundation in Tanzania, with contributions given on a give-as-you-wish basis.
And today, the animals joined in too. Ali and I spent time with one of the ladies from the circle and her horses, who welcomed us with such calm presence.
Our next women’s circle will be held on 15th September at 7pm at The Bognie Inn. We’d love for you to join us.

This week, the energies are calling us to reflect on old patterns that may resurface, testing us to recognise how far we’ve grown. Instead of reacting-pause, observe, and choose peace.

One scene in the TV series Billions unveils a brutal truth about trust, loyalty, and knowing who to carry with you. I’m completely hooked. Nothing quite like analysing words and actions, and Billions is full of deeper truths when you pay really close attention.

We live in a fallen world where children are abused and trafficked every day, yet so much energy is spent on empty pleasures. Thank God for those working quietly behind the scenes to make a real difference.
Through Smiley Blue and our women’s healing circle, 50% of newsletter subscriptions will go directly to this foundation. Our platform carries monthly costs, but it’s built to support your healing, growth, and potential. If you want to see better works in the world, channel your energy toward those truly doing something about it.

Whether the “false light” comes in the form of a drink, a drug, sexual encounter, a chocolate bar, or even a healing practice used as a temporary escape, the yearning beneath it is still holy. It is the same yearning that fuels prayer, wisdom, and acts of love.

"The false light burns out; the true light burns away what is not you." — Lisa Precious

Sit with the deeper questions..

What am I still trying to prove, and who am I trying to prove it to?
Who am I protecting by staying quiet, and who am I punishing by staying?
Where am I still acting from guilt, instead of from truth?
You might be surprised by what surfaces.

There’s another kind of guilt that’s even harder to name—the kind we feel for what we didn’t even do. For the boundaries we didn’t set and for not walking away when we knew we should have. For staying silent when someone crossed over a line.
