Working as a nursery nurse and as a private nanny. During this time I have explored the bond between parent and child. This has lead me to my interest and passion in baby massage. I am a Certified Infant Massage Instructor, trained with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM). The IAIM is the longest standing global association dedicated solely to baby massage. oven to have many benefits for babies including promoting of bonding and attachment, stimulation of circulatory system, brain development, body awareness, coordination, improved sleep patterns along with the relief of gas and colic. Lucy Lou's Baby Massage class is run over a 5 week block. A new massage stroke will be taught weekly in order for parents/carers to develop and practice these skills. Lucy Lou's Baby Massage is suitable from birth to 1 year. Group and private classes are available. Classes run currently in various locations throughout Aberdeenshire. Each session is followed by tea and cake.
