Here’s a guided meditation for the September 7th, 2025 Blood Moon…

🌕✨ Blood Moon Meditation

A journey of release and rebirth

Preparation
• Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.
• Sit comfortably, either outside under the sky or by a window where you can see the Moon (if visible).
• Light a candle (preferably red or white) and, if you wish, have a journal nearby.

1. Grounding
• Close your eyes.
• Take a deep breath in… and exhale slowly.
• Imagine roots growing from your feet into the Earth, anchoring you firmly to her steady energy.
• Feel supported, safe, and held.

2. Connecting with the Moon
• Visualize the Blood Moon above you: glowing red, mysterious, powerful.
• Its light surrounds you in a soft crimson aura, filling your space with warmth and sacred energy.

3. Shadow Illumination
• As you breathe, imagine the eclipse pulling forward parts of your inner shadow—old fears, habits, or emotions you no longer need.
• Don’t judge them. Simply see them as energy ready to be released.

4. Release
• With each exhale, visualize this heavy energy leaving your body as black smoke, dissolving into the Earth where it is transmuted into light.
• Whisper silently:
“I release what no longer serves me. I step into clarity and truth.”

5. Rebirth
• Now, see the red glow of the Moon becoming brighter, washing you clean with its fiery light.
• This crimson light fills your heart, igniting courage, passion, and renewal.
