✨ Good morning everyone! ✨

I’m not in my treatment room today as I’m away in Glasgow for training in pre and post-op Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). It’s going to be a long day of learning, and I’m really excited to expand my knowledge so I can offer even more support for healing and recovery. 💆‍♀️💜

Because I’ll be tied up with training, I won’t be replying to messages today — but I’ll get back to you all on Tuesday.

I can’t wait to bring this new skill to my treatments and help even more of you on your healing journeys. 🌿

Evenings and weekends are always very popular, and my waiting list for those times is getting longer. I’m doing my best to fit everyone in, but if you’re able to book during the day, I have more flexibility and can get you in much sooner 💛

Here’s my current availability:

• Fri 3rd – 2:30pm
• Mon 6th – 4:00pm (30 minute)
• Thurs 9th – 11:30am, 1:00pm
• Fri 10th – 11:00am
• Mon 20th – 2:00pm, 3:00pm
• Tues 21st – 11:30am, 1:00pm
• Wed 22nd – 10:00am, 1:00pm, 2:00pm
• Fri 24th – 11:30am, 1:00pm, 2:00pm

🌙 My next evening appointment is currently Monday 27th October.

✨ Yesterday I had the most blissful Reiki session with the lovely Linda at Eternal Spirits Healing Centre in Troon ✨

It was such a beautiful reminder that even the healer needs healing too. 💛 We can’t pour from an empty cup — and when life feels too busy to take time out, that’s often when we need it the most.

So yesterday I took some of my own words of wisdom and gave myself the gift of rest, healing, and balance for mind, body & soul. And I’m so glad I did. 🌿

I just wanted to take a wee moment to say how thankful I am. When I first started out here, I never imagined things would grow the way they have. Lately I’ve been so busy with lovely clients, wonderful reviews, and so much support — it honestly still feels a bit unreal at times!

Amazing lymphatic drainage massage today with body brushing. Kathleen is so friendly & makes you feel so welcome. She explains what the treatment involved and the treatment room is very relaxing. The treatment was amazing and super relaxing finished off with a lovely foot massage. Will defo be back. KAM is such a lovely place for treatment, if you dont know about it already get to know 🫶🏻
