c we are all neurological specialists in physiotherapy, all of whom are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists. All are Advanced Bobath trained, but also offer a wide range of skills in the areas of acupuncture, pilates, strength and condition training, gym ball, as well as orthotic knowledge.

We are super excited to launch NeuroFest 2025! A learning festival hosted in Brighton that will celebrate the many aspects of neuro therapy.

NeuroFest is a fully interactive day of workshops, Q&A’s, lectures and workouts! If you are just starting out in neuro rehab or if you are a seasoned professional, this is the festival for you!

Headlining NeuroFest are Sue Armstrong, Nikki Penny, Bob Wood, Helen Weaver, Ben Beare, Fran Brander, Natalie Opoku and Kitty Suddick. But it doesn’t stop there as more confirmed speakers will be announced soon!

International women weekend here at the clinic is being kicked off with a huge shout out to the memory of this amazing women. Sophie and I worked and laughed together for the last 23 years. She depicted everything about what this day stands for. Sophie the clinic salutes you and misses you terribly 💕

Charlotte is the newest member of our clinic family, although she already feels like part of the furniture!

Charlotte studied at Kings College London and has been working in the UH Sussex Trust. She met Helen working in Neurorehabilitation at Sussex Rehab Centre where her Neuro spark continued to grow!

Charlotte’s passion for making neuro rehab fun,rewarding and challenging whilst pushing her clients forward is inspiring!

Outside of work she is often found exploring the world with her latest ventures in South Africa.

A self confessed foodie, her favourite biscuit is foxes half coated milk chocolate cookies 🍪

A key take away message from this weekend's course from Neurofit, taking neuro rehab to the next level 💪🏻✨.

The team behind the Neurofit brand, focus on rehabilitating people with neuro conditions using training principles typically associated with elite sports people. It is no wonder that their clinical caseload includes multiple Paralympians! I am already thinking how I can integrate their strength training strategies into my practice 🧠🤸🏻‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️ and my own training, I am embarrassingly far weaker than I thought 🙈🤭.
