Our electronic Care Management System means that our Home Care Workers are fully supported by the Management Team at all times and provides an efficient way of ensuring that our Clients and their families are kept fully informed and involved.

Elite Choice Home Care is growing and looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our friendly management team in Mid Sussex.

✨ What you’ll do:
• Lead and support Care Practitioners
• Carry out care plan & medication reviews
• Complete spot checks & supervisions
• Provide hands-on care
• Help maintain outstanding quality standards

Today, a few of our amazing team members took part in First Aid Training, covering vital topics like:

✅ CPR techniques
✅ Recognising the signs of a stroke, heart attack, and shock
