Happy Monday everyone.

We've got our two Yoga & exercise classes this week. First one in Waterloo at 10.30 am, then in Huyton at 1 pm.

Please note, the Huyton class will be on for an hour from now on, so both classes are £5 pay on the door for 60 mins of mindful movement 😊❤️🙏🏼

He's a little snippet from the standing flow we've been working with in the Tuesday classes, using the chair as support in order to build strength & balance.

Hello everyone, I'll be doing the two chair yoga & exercise classes tomorrow, so it'd be lovely to see you there.

Just a heads up, from next week the 1-1.45pm class at Old School House Community Project will be extended to run for the full hour until 2pm. So whichever class you can join you'll get the full hours benefit ☺️❤️

I especially enjoyed tonights class as it was my first time teaching an evening class. So wonderful to feel the days light turn into darkness as the candles & lamps gently held the space.
