What are your plans for today?

For me, is all about rest and relaxation.

Made it a priority for this year. Taking time for me. No rush. No urgency. No need to do anything.

Reconnecting with the now is essential. Being present in the moment through mindfulness meditation just makes my day even better.

It means I am ready to tackle whatever comes my way throughout the week.

Never done mindfulness meditation before. Fancy giving it a go.

It’s a new year and it’s now time to take charge of YOU and your mind.

What is mindfulness meditation?

Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment.

What do my sessions involve?

My mindfulness practices involve breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body, mind and help reduce stress.

What can they help you with?

Practicing mindfulness exercises can help you direct your attention away from negative of thinking and engage with the world around you.

What sessions are available in Jan?

Normally I would be doing sessions face to face. But with covid still causing mayhem I have decided to do virtual sessions.
