Message for Today ✨
Some of your have been struggling with; chest pains breathing, anxiety , heart palpitations. And one of the reasons being is because there’s a lot of lower vibrational energy in there that you have consumed. Why you ask? Because if you don’t practice energetic protection daily then you are literally like an energetic field waiting to be soaked up like a sponge. 🧽 I know that sounds weird but protection is key, you are sensitive to energies. Some of you may be Empaths and a Clairsentient. So protecting yourself is really important otherwise you will continue to be sick.

There’s cords in your heart chakra area that need to be removed and released. You can do this by a cord cutting ceremony or your healer can do this for you.
