I thought I’d pop on and share this famous mantra that was shared to me by my friend many years ago and a mantra I try and share with others and use daily.

I interpret it in many ways often to remind me to self reflect, acknowledge my actions and help me forgive myself and make peace with my worries, clear negativity and restore harmony.

* “I am sorry” acknowledging my actions, and understanding my intentions
* “Please forgive me” asking for forgiveness or forgiving myself
* “Thank you” Gratitude for everything I have
* “I love you” Self-love and love for others re-establishing harmony and peace 🙏🏼

We are all walking our own individual journeys.
It’s important to be kind to ourselves. 🧡 🙏🏼

It would be absolutely fantastic if you could support Heidi’s sunflower competition for Reuben’s Retreat.
The competition was set up in lockdown when Heidi was just 8 years old for neighbours, friends and family. Over the last few years your support has been incredible and it’s been great to see your beautiful sunflowers bloom ✨🌻
We would be very grateful if you could support this competition.
Seeds are £5 and all proceeds will go to Reuben’s Retreat. The tallest sunflower will receive a £40 voucher for Calmstone.
If you would like to purchase seeds please can you email enquiries@calmstone.co.uk with your full name and address, phone number and number of packets of seeds required and you will receive the payment details.
Once payment is received your seeds will be sent out to you via post with planting details.

The fantastic evening was organised by the amazing Sam Fisher who truly has a heart of gold 💛✨
