Reuben’s Retreat has become a big part of my life not just because I know how much my help can make a difference, it has also taught me that love and kindness can really make magic happen ✨🙏🏼
I have experienced first hand the magic that takes place. It really is an army of special hearts guided by the most incredible person, my special friend Nicola.
So today this post is about making a difference, raising awareness and inspiring you to think of what you can do to help.
I hold Nicola and her family close in my heart today and pray they are surrounded in love and peace 💙 🌈 🐞 🐝 🦋 🪽

Thank you to my wonderful friend for hosting the most divine Soundbath.. I genuinely feel calmer, relaxed and reset for the upcoming week.
If you’ve never tried a Soundbath and you struggle to switch off and relax, I would highly recommend you try one of Maureen’s classes.. they really are wonderful…. 🥰✨
