So do it, you don’t need a reason to pamper yourself and go full glam, if you feel like doing your hair and make up, do it !!
If you feel like wearing that special dress or heals, do it !!
If you feel like wearing that special jewellery, do it !!

So excited about our next Women’s Circle being held on Wednesday the 6th of August at 7pm 🧡

A women's circle is a supportive and empowering gathering where women come together to share experiences, connect, and grow in a safe and nurturing environment.
In this circle, we will be focusing on exploring and balancing your chakras.
What to expect on the evening -
💛 An opening with warming cacao, known for its heart opening properties, to set a positive and welcoming tone.
💛 We will then engage in a chakra meditation to deepen our understanding and awareness of these energy centers.
💛 A sharing circle will follow, providing an opportunity for personal expression and connection with others.
💛 We will also delve into fun activities designed to help you get to know and clear your chakras, promoting overall wellbeing and balance.
💛 A little gift to help you explore your chakras.

During the evening, snacks and refreshments will be available, allowing for moments of relaxation and enjoyment.
Come join us for this enriching experience, an evening not to be missed !!

Hello beautiful souls, hope you are all well !!
Happy Full Moon 🌕
Today’s moon is in Capricorn and it’s the turning point of the year moon (yep we are alway through the year !!)
This is the moon that is going to ask you where you are right now in life, it’s going to ask you to look long term about where you are and where you are going !!
It’s come along to help you wrap up the old to make way for the new, it’s going to shine a light on those things that are not serving you, what’s on your current path to help you get on the path you should be 🧡
Emotions could be high and raw as you are made to face the things you have been avoiding, struggling with or just not learning from !!
Use these emotions and feelings to help you see what needs to leave your life, they are signposts for what needs to just go 🧡
The sun is still in Cancer however so uses those energies of feeling protected, nurtured and loved while the deal with the harder emotions and situations !!
🌕 Spend some time journaling on your emotions, what’s coming up for you ? And what is it showing you ?
🌕 What practical steps can you take to move forward and create a plan for the future !!
🌕 Organise your life, get a diary or organiser to help you plan !!
🌕 Declutter your house, plan those DIY jobs - get rid of the old to make way for the new !!
🌕 Think about what thought patterns are holding you back, what thoughts and beliefs are not serving you and create some affirmations to kick them in to touch !!
Most of all have fun, Full Moons are all about letting go of the rubbish to make way for the new !!
So let that junk go, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain 🧡

A day of self love and self care !!
And I definitely will be showing my self some today as it’s a girls day out tomorrow - so it’s pamper time !!
Started the day with a run and gym class, a lively long shower and now to do two lovely Reiki session for some beautiful clients then home to pamper myself ready for tomorrow !!
I love Fridays because it really makes me think about that self care and giving myself some attention 💜
So if you can today, even if it’s just 15 minutes, do something for you, something to show you matter to you !!
