Today I did something I would have never dreamed possible - Hyrox Doubles in Manchester 🥰
In 1:41:38 🥳
So I just want to remind you that while something like this may not be your thing, anything is possible !!
If you have a goal or a dream go for it, work for it and you can and will achieve it !!
Nothing is impossible 🥰

So things have not quite gone to plan the last few days but then we all know that’s just what happens sometimes 🥰
Time to grab a cacao, journal and get to bed - tomorrow is an other day to start again !!
And no matter how many times you need to start again, just start again, all that matters is you keep trying ❤️

Hello beautiful souls, hope you are all well !!
So I had definitely lost my way with a lot of my holistic practices in December, maybe even before that, the Christmas season just completely took over and I let all routine go completely !!
Over this last week it so I had just not feel great, mojo was just not there - then the penny drops !!
So it’s time to kick start, get back on track and get that mojo back 🥰
And what better day to do it on than Venus Friday , a day of self care and self love ❤️
Today’s been a pamper and productive day, gym, makeup, nails, business planning (With the beautiful Jodie) cupping, yoga, cacao, crystals and tarot cards 🥰
Remember no matter how far off the track you go, it’s never too late to get back on them !!
I will post more about all the bits I am doing and the benefits, so if you have fallen off a bit you can come with me 🧡

well !!
Today is the shortest day of the year otherwise know as The Winter Solstice, Midwinter and the beginning of Yule time 🧡
Today is a celebration of the shortest day and longest night, a celebration that whilst we may be still in the darker days we moving in to the light !!
Today is the pagan new year as it’s the beginning of the new sun cycle 💛
It is a time for renewal in all aspects personal and in the world around us.
Traditionally a lot of the things we do to celebrate
Christmas comes from the Pagan traditions used to celebrate Yule !!
🎄Bringing a pine tree in to the house and decorating it, although they used to use food as decoration where as we now use lights and baubles.
🎄Creating an evergreen wreath to hang on the door to represent continuous life on earth, with things like holly and mistletoe on it for healing and protection.
🎄Celebration of Yule with a feast with our loved ones, eating and drinking lots of the foods we do now like mulled wine and spiced cakes.
🎄Writing goals for the year to come in a book of
shadows much like our New Years resolutions.
🎄The singing of Solstice carols.
There are also some traditions which have now been lost such as burning pine in your home for good luck, planning a herb garden for spring and casting spells for good luck, prosperity and peace for the new year.
I certainly will be using the next few days to work on my intentions and goals in my book of shadows for next year, a cleansing bath, drinking some ginger tea, eating spiced cakes and making myself a Yule alter 🧡
Taking this time to let go of the past and to embrace the future.
Why not start now to take that time to start to plan your goals for next year, enjoy some Yule traditions, start to welcome in the longer days and look for the light !!

So it’s been a busy few days, amazing days and have loved every moment 🥰
So the new moon last night completely passed me by and I remembered it’s the solstice tomorrow, now it’s time to catch up and do some healing !!
Time to get the crystals out, journal, meditate, set intentions and drink cacao 🥰
Time to heal, relax and grow !!

Today I got to give my meditation ladies a little Christmas treat 🥰
We made magical baubles, ate cake, drank cacao and had a wonderful afternoon !!
I honestly love these ladies, everyone of them is a beautiful, kind and caring soul 🧡
And as much as I run the class all of these ladies play a big part of it and they make it special !!
I am so very grateful for these ladies 🥰

Hello beautiful souls, hope you are all well and having a wonderful weekend !!
Just wanted to take a moment to say how grateful I am 💜
I have had the pleasure over the last few days of having my heart and emotional cup filled !!
I have had the pleasure of spending time with wonderful friends, a Christmas lunch with my amazing mediation ladies, a shopping day (with coffee and cake) with a lady who has saved me more times than I can count !!
Invited out for a post Christmas party by one of the most amazing ladies I know !!
Saw this morning first hand the power of generosity with the Christmas gift appeal at my gym, incredible people with big hearts and a good reminder that I have way more than I think sometimes 💛
Then to my inspirational friends to working on our new business, which is going so well !!
She has given me so much confidence to push myself out of my comfort zone 🧡
Now sat here cup of cacao, watching strictly with one of my girls 🥰
I am honestly so very grateful for all my family and friends, for everything I have in life - I am truly blessed and rich in so many ways !!
Just remember it’s the little things sometimes
