🥕 Fabulous carrot harvest today! 🥕
We’re looking forward to some delicious carrot & coriander soup this week! 🍲

We also met lots of furry friends on our nature walk, enjoyed more Halloween 🎃 crafting and woodwork, dancing and even celebrated a birthday! 🎂

Sister Shed on the top allotment, every Tuesday & Thursday!

Sister Shed goes twice a week from tomorrow 10am!! Come & join us at Bloom allotments to learn new skills, connect with nature & friends. Tuesdays are horticulture workshop focused, Thursdays are participant led and very social.

🌱 Calling All Garden Gang Supporters! 🌱

We're on the lookout for donations to help bring more creativity and fun to our outdoor play space at the Leap Community Green - "Garden Gang"- Hyde! 🪴✨

We’re especially in need of items for imaginative “mud kitchen” and “water play”, such as:

👩‍🍳 For Mud Kitchen Fun:

Metal or wooden pans, bowls, trays

Kitchen utensils (spoons, whisks, ladles, etc.)

💧 For Water Play Adventures:

Funnels

Bendy pipes or tubes

Water butt

Other fun water-friendly bits and bobs!

🛑 No glass or ceramic items, please – we want to keep play safe for our little gardeners!

Have something to donate? Drop us a message or bring items along during garden hours at Bloom At Leap 9-3, or The Leap Children & Families Centre Ashton. Every little bit helps spark big creativity in our young explorers!

🌻We’ve had a great few days at BLOOM!🌻

We’ve been on a walk - enjoying our lovely local area! 🌳

🍕We made soup and pizza earlier in the week and had a warming curry today! 🥘

Paul has been painting for Halloween 🎃 and Jack was our bingo caller today! 🎱

🍲Soup club is back and we started making corned beef hash and jam rolypoly for the lunch club tomorrow! 😋

⛴️Last week we enjoyed a lovely trip out on the canal at Portland Basin and then had a brilliant time around the museum! 💚
