“Mum's four children live 100 - 150 miles away and Mum prefers to stay in her own home rather than a care home. Papillon Home Care are absolutely essential for providing care for our 95 year old Mum. Papillon have been caring and looking after Mum for the past five years and provide carers of excellent quality which allows Mum to remain in her home. Mum likes her carers visiting and they have a very good relationship with Mum. Mum enjoys the chats she has with her carers. The office staff in charge at Papillon are professional and very helpful. If there's ever anything Mum needs, they help. If there are ever any problems with Mum you can ring or email the office and they will sort it out. I would definitely recommend Papillon.”

On 11 July 2026, Mary and Ellie will walk 13 miles through the Cotswolds to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society.

At Papillon Home Care, Mary and Ellie have seen firsthand how dementia affects people and their families. They have supported many through tough times and know how important the right help can be. Their experiences have shown them that charities like the Alzheimer's Society need more research and resources to keep making a difference.
