Mary and Ellie are taking on a trek for Alzheimer's Society and would love your support.

On 11 July 2026, Mary and Ellie will walk 13 miles through the Cotswolds to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society.

At Papillon Home Care, Mary and Ellie have seen firsthand how dementia affects people and their families. They have supported many through tough times and know how important the right help can be. Their experiences have shown them that charities like the Alzheimer's Society need more research and resources to keep making a difference.

The Alzheimer’s Society aims to build a future where dementia does not take away quality of life. They help people living with dementia today and work for a better tomorrow by pushing for change and funding vital research.

Papillon Home Care is recruiting a Home Care Co-ordinator to join our team.

This role will primarily focus on our expanding service in Romney Marsh, but you may also provide support to other areas of the business as needed.
The position will mainly be based at our office in Lympne.

⭐Salary: £26,000 P/A plus weekend on call payments
⭐Hours: 37.5 hrs per week – Mon to Fri and with an 8am start time.
⭐1x Weekday evening on call required (Paid as part of salary)
⭐1x Weekend on call per month (Paid at £300 in addition to salary)

Job Overview:
To support our Service Users, enabling them to enjoy the best quality of life they can, in the comfort of their own homes. Coordinate staff rotas to ensure a safe and effective service.

Person Specification:
-A driver with their own transport is essential
-Care experience essential – min 1 year
-Co-ordination experience preferred
-Dedication to compliance, together with a calm and caring manner
-Understanding and recognising potential safeguarding concerns are essential.
-Able to cover out-of-hours emergency care calls (Paid in addition to salary + Mileage)

WE ARE URGENTLY RECRUITING HOME CARE STAFF 💜

Papillon Home Care currently has lots of work to offer in Folkestone, Hythe and Hawkinge. Due to an influx of new clients, we have morning, afternoon, and evening rounds available.

You will provide vital support to our clients within their own homes, assisting them with daily tasks and helping to brighten their day.

Our care rounds operate from 7am to 9pm, 7 days a week, but are worked in smaller 4-5 hour shifts covering these times. There is no minimum hour requirement, so whether you are looking for full or part-time hours, we would love to speak to you. (We do require a minimum of one evening a week and some hours every other weekend).

⭐A driving licence with access to a vehicle is essential due to client locations.
