Papillon Home Care is looking for care workers with a genuine desire to help others, a compassionate nature, and a good sense of humour to support our clients living in their own homes.

As a community carer, you will help clients with daily tasks including personal care, medication support, meal preparation and light domestic chores. We have various call times, our services run between 7 AM and 10 PM, seven days a week.

Weekly pay starting from £13.72ph holiday inclusive, paid mileage, £150 joining bonus, refer a friend scheme and a monthly prize draw.
Please note that having a driver’s license and your own transportation is essential for this role.

A huge thank you to everyone in the Papillon team who helped over the summer holidays. Especially during times when the office staff were under extreme pressure. 💜

You have all proved that when times get hard, we can perform miracles. When we say picking up one or two calls helps, we really mean it.

All our service users are very grateful for us turning up every day with a smile. Performing tasks that make them comfortable and cared for with dignity and respect.

Quite often, we can find ourselves tired and burnt out trying to juggle our personal lives and caring for those most vulnerable, so I do hope those of you who managed a well-deserved break were able to make the most of the time off. Those of you who worked the whole 6 weeks, I do hope you find some time for yourselves in the coming months.

I think it is also important for us to recognise the office staff as well, who gave up time with their family and friends during the summer period to make sure things ran smoothly and picked up when there was nobody available.

It goes without saying we have a very special team of people at Papillon Home Care who go above and beyond, and for that, Mary and I are forever grateful. Keep up the amazing work you do.
