Each class was filled with energy, strength, and support for an important cause close to our hearts: helping those affected by breast cancer. Together, weโ€™ve made a difference, one movement at a time.

Weโ€™re so excited to introduce our newest yoga instructor, Alice! With over 10 years of yoga practice and fresh from completing her teacher training in sunny Ramsgate, Alice brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our community.

Join Alice on the mat for uplifting and creative movement in a friendly, inclusive space. Her classes focus not only on physical postures but also on the experience of how your body feels in motion. Accompanied by carefully curated music, Aliceโ€™s sessions offer a peaceful blend of movement and breath.

Alice will be teaching Dynamic Vinyasa, a style of yoga that emphasises fluid and continuous movement, linking breath with each motion to create a flowing sequence of poses ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ
