If you’re seeking relaxation, emotional release or balance, Reiki can help guide you back to your calm. Want to know a bit about me? I’m so happy you've found me! I'm Polly and I would love to meet you and discuss how Reiki can help you. My aim is to offer gentle Reiki healing in a warm, calming space where you can relax, let go of stress, restore and reconnect with your natural peaceful energy. Reiki is a beautiful part of my life, it helps me slow down, find balance, and feel more connected – I love being able to share that same sense of calm and healing with others. Outside of Reiki, I seek and am grateful for the joys in life. I play the saxophone (sometimes just for fun, sometimes to really lose myself in the music), and I love spending time in the garden with my hands in the soil. I have a puppy called Bella who keeps me busy, fit and laughing! Walks are one of my favourite ways to clear my head and recharge – whether it’s a stroll in nature or by the sea in Herne Bay. I’m a big fan of sunshine and adventures, holidays in Spain hold a special place in my heart. But more than anything, I adore being surrounded by my big family. They bring so much laughter, love and energy into my life – and that warmth is something I try to carry with me into everything I do, including my Reiki treatments. If you’re looking for a space to relax and restore, feel safe and supported whilst reconnecting with yourself, I’d love to welcome you. Find your calm, it makes such a difference.
