It involves holding passive poses for long periods (usually 3–10 minutes) while sitting or lying on the floor, aimed at enhancing flexibility, boosting circulation, and encouraging mindfulness.
🧘♀️Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation technique that induces profound relaxation while maintaining full awareness, placing practitioners in a state between wakefulness and sleep. Performed lying down in savasana, it uses body scanning and breath awareness to reduce stress, improve sleep, and release tension.
