🌴I got some Pilates practice on my balcony next to swaying palm trees, the sounds of frogs, crickets, tropical birds shortly before the sunset. How beautiful is my view?! And how lucky am I?!🌺🍍🌴🦩

I'm on my jollies escaping the Christmas madness/cold yucky weather and away for most of December! I'm doing a little teaching & coaching while I'm here. Join me next to the palm trees to keep up your Pilates & yoga practice - this time on Saturdays/Sundays 9/9:10am & 10:00am each morning UK time.

I'm also teaching online Yin on Sunday 28th December too at 4:00pm UK time - join me to de-stress.
