From Monday 28th July, all classes, retreats and workshops will need to be booked via the new website - link in the comments below 👇🏼

Although the existing booking system (Gymcatch) and the old website will still be live, there is a re-direction on the old website and Gymcatch will cease towards the end of this week!

Mondays & Wednesdays @ 7:15-8:15pm for all levels.
With the warmer weather, we're doing more slower, mindful movements in our practice, with some lovely stretching, and finishing off with a longer relaxation. The practice is designed to help you feel cool, calm, and soothing your central nervous system, relaxed ready to wind down for the evening 😴

🙋‍♀️Face Yoga, Menofit, Pilates & more from Monday 14th July!

Tuesday PoP uP classes include; a morning Pilates flow at 9:30am, and an evening Menofit class at 5:30 that includes a face yoga sequence!
What is face yoga? Face yoga is a gentle form of strength training for your face and neck that typically concentrates on one of the 57 facial muscles (or groups of muscles) at a time. The more you repeat certain face yoga exercises, the more you may notice that the muscles and skin start to tighten. There are three main ways that face yoga may work for you: First, by stimulating muscles to improve their tone and tightness. Next, by increasing circulation and blood flow, which helps skin heal and appear healthier, and finally by reducing strain and tension in facial muscles that are being contracted constantly during stress.
