Name change as I’ve decided that two business Instagram accounts is far too much effort!

Combining my massage and adaptive personal training on one page makes life easier!

I offer both mobile massage to homes and hotels and also work as an adaptive personal trainer with a diverse range of clients with a variety of health conditions such as brain injury, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, scoliosis, amputations, Diabetes, arthritis motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis and mental health conditions.

Sessions can either be done at home, outside ( weather permitting!) or in the gym.

New review! Lynette had debilitating back and leg pain for over 6 months which was treated with a mixture of massage and exercise. Within 3 sessions her pain has subsided.

Currently unwell so taking some recovery time out and reading .

Every day is a school day. We should never stop learning and tryimg to improve ourselves, no matter how much experience or how many qualifications we have gained over the years.

Things change and we need to be ready to adapt as therapists.
