Next week is Rheumatoid Arthritis Awareness Week. The NRAS have organised FREE Mental and Physical Wellbeing sessions designed for people living with rheumatoid arthritis and other forms of inflammatory arthritis. Just follow the link.

By focussing on physical and mental wellbeing during RAAW 2021, we aim to help many more living with RA to improve their self-management techniques and share their experiences with their families and friends.
