After a well earned rest/ break in the USA, after the busiest and most productive Year Inspire Therapy and Pilates has ever had I will be returning to the UK in September to push Inspire Therapy forward into 2026. I just want to thank everyone that has continued to support inspire over the last couple of years, without you none of this would be possible.

I won’t let you down as I try and continue to provide the best possible care and advice to you all. Feeling refreshed and revived.

📣Thank you for a awesome year that was 2022 at Inspire.

The clinic rebounded well after the pandemic. We successfully treated literally several hundred people over 2022. 🏃‍♀️

With a succes rate of 98.2%.

🤒 🏥 Highlights included, GB athletes, English National Athletes, Irish National athletes and many pro sports people from the world of martial arts, sailing and some even from Golf. ⛵️ ⛳️ 🚴‍♂️ 🏃🏻‍♂️ 🧘🏻‍♀️ 🥋

People that travelled from all over Hampsire, from Ringwood in the West, the whole New Forest area, Lymington in the south, to Romsey, Salisbury and Wi******er in the North all the way over to Portsmouth in the East. Thank you all for taking the time to visit and support Inspire Therapy on its continued journey.

It makes me very proud to know the clinic is that well respected throughout Hampshire.

But 2023 is a new year and I know we can do better…..

So I’m currently conducting some research with patients and clients to understand what you would like to see/ have access to at Inspire.
