So proud of me right now

But then I got thinking… with a pound a week I could get my 6 stone before Christmas!!!

Hmmm a new goal has been logged

Wow I lost 3lbs this week‼️Which means that I am just 2lbs from my 5 stone award‼️That’s great except I’ve been here man...

Wow I lost 3lbs this week‼️

Which means that I am just 2lbs from my 5 stone award‼️

That’s great except I’ve been here many times before and I need this time to be different

But I need to do something different this time because if my plan is to get on the scales and pray - that plan will fail me

I have spoken with my family and asked for their support and I’m doing a food diary to keep me focused

Could it be a brand new Hi-Fi bar flavour that's about to drop? 🍫🤤A legendary favourite making a glorious comeback once ...
