When a new client comes to my Practice, one of the first thing that I do, I teach them how to experience self hypnosis by practicing it daily. Not only this allows their mind to be still and calm but it re-sets their nervous system. Hypnosis is a natural state we experience every day so combining this natural ability with therapeutic approach created positive changes in our mind and life. As a hypnotherapist, I believe that healing often begins through genuine presence and compassion. While solutions and advice are valuable, sometimes all we need is someone who listens and understands. Let's take a moment to be present for each other. 💙

What is the latest research on hypnotherapy, and how effective is it? Here is the latest academic article published in May 2025. The study was conducted on the effectiveness of hypnotherapy on the quality of life in patients with sleep issues.

New announcement! I have been busy working on new projects and ideas. Caroline Malone and I, we met at university and became good friends. We worked together as Mentors to students and had done projects together, not to mention learning hours of supervised counselling, coaching and mentoring skills. We know each other’s expertise and strengths so we are bringing this new workshop to help you relax, release some stress and get new insight into your mind. Spring is on its way, I have crocuses and snowdrops in my garden, there is a sense of hope that soon we can see more sunshine and warmer weather. Everything is changing, waking up from Winters stagnation. I am thinking to how nature is resilient and always recovers from months of hibernation. As we are part of the natural world we too have the ability to become rejuvenated and stronger. Spring is a great time to ‘wake up’ to improve or do some cleaning not only in your garden but in your mind too. x
