When a new client comes to my Practice, one of the first thing that I do, I teach them how to experience self hypnosis by practicing it daily. Not only this allows their mind to be still and calm but it re-sets their nervous system. Hypnosis is a natural state we experience every day so combining this natural ability with therapeutic approach created positive changes in our mind and life.
