Honestly, this is the kind of news that makes my whole week. And yes… it’ll also be my first crumpet that isn’t rabbit‑shaped, because I clearly live life on the edge 😂✨

If you are wondering what we do and where we meet . Our venue is St John's Hall in the centre of Hythe opposite Lidl . 2 carparks next to us . Meetings are 7am for the early birds or 9 am . You're greeted at the door by myself or one of my lovely members . We have FREE tea & coffee waiting for you . I will explain how it all works and invite you to sit in a warm and friendly group of fellow slimmers and then you can decide if you would like to join. We have lots of options to pay weekly or buy a block of slimming . No contracts to lock you in , no special foods to buy , money saving tips for family friendly meals 😀
