⭐️The BeeWell Practice is officially Trademarked! ⭐️

This is something I’ve been meaning to do for a while but wanted to get my logo finished first and I absolutely love it!
After months of waiting it is now official 🥳

What my business name means to me -

When I was first thinking about my business name, I wanted it to represent what I do, helping people feel well and be well while working with me, and supporting them to continue feeling well beyond our sessions.

I’ve always loved bees and at the time, I was told a story about how bees were once misunderstood in how they fly, reflecting how a change in understanding and a different approach can lead to change and open new possibilities.

Bringing these ideas together led to The BeeWell Practice. I love how my logo brings the name and meaning together, reflecting a focus on the brain and the freedom that can come from changing thought patterns. 🐝💛

⭐️AVAILABILITY!!! ⭐️

⭐️For the first time in a long while, I now have some availability starting at the beginning of February! I have been very lucky to have such a busy practice and now due to the success of some amazing clients of mine, I now have some free slots!

⭐️My late slots still have a wait list on those however I have some free space during the week.

⭐️I will also be scheduling in some space for supervision sessions soon, once qualified, which will alter my diary slightly.

⭐️If you've been thinking about getting some support and you're interested in sessions, get in touch as soon as possible to book an initial consultation, as my slots often go quickly

Big news!!!

Tomorrow I officially begin my supervisor training!!! 😬🥳
Earlier this year, I decided to add another string to my bow by supporting other therapists alongside my busy practice!

Supervision is an important part of what I do where I get the support I need both professionally and personally in running my business.
I am looking forward to combining everything I’ve learned from building my practice, my teaching background, and my psychology degree to now support others.

Don’t worry my client time will still be the same 😉 however my diary is getting quite full, so if you’re interested in some support, secure your spot sooner rather than later 🥰

A huge thank you to all the amazing therapists who’ve volunteered to be my guinea pigs, I am so grateful and I will be in touch asap with details after this weekend’s training 🥰

🌟Immensely proud of this client today! In only 8 sessions (including initial consultation) they have improved how they feel by a huge amount! They went from feeling extremely overwhelmed, burnout and anxious to feeling amazing, sleeping well and energised again! 🤩👏

🌟I always remind clients when looking back to their first session, that their score was a genuine snapshot of how they felt that day and to recognise how far they’ve come!

🌟With Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, is it possible to turn your life around in a short space of time! It does take effort and determination, but you have my support and positive approach along the way!

⭐️My name is Lyndsey Lock and I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist supporting people 1:1 with their mental health using a combination of neuroscience, psychotherapy and relaxation.

⭐️I absolutely love my job! Seeing how clients transform into the best version of themselves is the most rewarding feeling and I am so grateful they choose me to support them along the way!

⭐️I specialise in anxiety and especially love working with high functioning anxiety, burnout and overwhelm.

⭐️Some more of my loves - running, coffee, sunsets, nature, travelling, Lindt chocolate! 🍫

I couldn’t hold the tears back with this client today 🥹their progress has been incredible and I was gifted these beautiful flowers as a thank you. They’re not finished with me yet and they don’t want to leave but today they felt particularly good and wanted to thank me 🥹🥰🩷
I feel honoured that my clients choose me to help them with their most personal struggles and to see the positives changes they make along the way is just amazing. I can’t help but feel so much happiness and emotion for them. I love my job 💗
