Dear clients, just letting everyone know that I have moved units. I'm now at number 14 - the other side of the pond 🙂🦆 with lots more pond, duck, geese and willow tree views! 😍 Just walk to the right of the pond, instead of on the left, and you will see the sauna and then unit 14.

The move is to be nearer to my new sauna ( ), which is located just behind the unit, and to use this as changing facilities for my new sauna clients at the weekends 🙌🔥❤️

I hope you all managed to get out today to enjoy the sun... or at least a small part of it! It was glorious 🙂🙌🏻
It's important for me to try to find gratitude in these sad days.
So, I'm grateful for the sun and the warmth,
Grateful to be alive,
Grateful for this amazing planet we live on and this wonderful life that we're gifted for this very short time ❤️

My beautiful Mum sadly passed away yesterday after suffering with Parkinson's and dementia for the last 10 years, and just 2 years after my lovely Dad passed 💔 They are now reunited 🕊️❤️🕊️

Watching her go through all of this and especially over the last two years has been, at times, horrendous, but she still remained (if not even more so!) the sweetest most loving mumma I could ask for. I will miss all the versions of her.

Today I did goat yoga 😍🐐
I mean, I really couldn't call it goat yoga... It was more like 'goat'. Too much cuddling so many baby goats. Many, many cute coats!
One of them loved me so much it even wee'd on my back! 😆❤️✨
